Agreements and recurring work

Reusable terms, ready-made templates, and visits and billing on a schedule.

Agreements are your terms and conditions, saved once and added to any quote. Clients sign them when they approve.

• Start from a ready-made template: One-time job, Recurring maintenance, Workmanship guarantee or Retainer. Edit them to suit your business.
• Use fields like {client_name}, {quote_total} and {service_address}. They're filled in from the quote.
• Choose a default agreement for new quotes in Settings → Quotes.

Recurring terms

For ongoing work, an agreement can say how often visits happen and how often the client is billed. When a quote with that agreement is approved, the job's first booking starts as a repeating series, and its invoice starts as a recurring invoice. You can change both.
