Prices are in USD, or the same number in CAD for Canadian businesses, plus applicable taxes. Online payments go to your own Stripe account: Stripe's processing fee plus 0.5% to Gettled.

- Who is Gettled for?
- Service businesses that quote, schedule and invoice: landscaping, cleaning, renovations, painting, HVAC, pool care, handyman services and more, from one person to a growing team.
- Does it work in Canada and the US?
- Yes. Gettled sets up GST, HST, PST and QST for your province, and US businesses add the sales tax rates for where they work. You're billed in CAD in Canada and USD elsewhere, and you can invoice clients in 19 currencies.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every plan starts with 30 days free. Add a card to start; you're only charged when the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then in a couple of clicks.
- What does it cost to take payments?
- Payments go to your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard processing fee, and Gettled adds 0.5%. There are no other payment fees.
- Can I bring my clients over from another app?
- Yes. Export your clients and items as a CSV and import them. Exports from Jobber, QuickBooks, Square and Google Contacts are matched automatically.
- Do my crew need their own logins?
- No. Add crew to the schedule without a login, free on every plan. Give logins to the people who need them; Solo includes 1, Team 5 and Business unlimited.
- Where is my data stored?
- Gettled's database is in Canada. Each business's data is kept separate and encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
