This agreement is between {business_name} ("we", "us") and {client_name} ("you") for the work in quote {quote_reference} at {service_address}. By approving the quote, you agree to these terms. 1. THE WORK We'll do the work described in the quote, with care and with materials suited to the job. Anything not listed in the quote isn't included. 2. PRICE AND PAYMENT The price is {quote_total}, including the taxes shown on the quote. - Deposit: {deposit}, due when you approve the quote. We'll book the work once it's paid. - The rest is due when the work is complete, by the due date on your invoice. - Unpaid balances after the due date may delay future work with us. 3. SCHEDULING AND ACCESS We'll confirm the date and arrival window with you after you approve. Please make sure we can get to the work area (gates unlocked, pets secured, vehicles and belongings moved). If we can't get in on the booked day, we may need to reschedule. 4. WEATHER AND DELAYS If weather or something outside our control makes it unsafe or unsuitable to work, we'll let you know as soon as we can and rebook at the next available time, at no extra cost. 5. CHANGES TO THE WORK If you'd like to add or change something, or we find something that couldn't be seen when we quoted (such as hidden damage), we'll tell you before going ahead. Changes to the work or the price need your OK in writing; email or text is fine. 6. CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours before the booked time. After that, we may charge for materials already bought or ordered for your job. If you cancel, we'll refund any deposit minus those costs. 7. YOUR PROPERTY We'll treat your property with care and clean up and take away job debris when we finish. Please tell us about anything we should know before we start, such as underground lines, sprinklers or fragile items. We're responsible for damage we cause, but not for problems that already existed or that we couldn't reasonably have known about. 8.
