Your team and who can do what

Inviting people, roles, and crew without a login.

Invite people in Settings → Team. They get an email with a link to join your business.

• Owner and Admin: everything, including quotes, invoices, payments, reports and settings.
• Technician: sees the schedule and jobs, tracks their work (checklists, photos, time, materials, sign-off), but can't send quotes or invoices.
• Crew without a login: add them to the team so you can assign them to visits and track their hours.

How many people you can add depends on your plan.
