Getting started with Gettled

From your first client to getting paid, in six steps.

Gettled follows your work from start to finish: quote it, book it, do it, invoice it and get paid. Here's the quickest way to get going.

1. Add your clients. Type them in, or import your list from a CSV (see Importing your data).
2. Add your items: the services and products you sell, with prices and taxes. Quotes and invoices take seconds after that.
3. Send your first quote. Your client opens a link, picks an option and signs from their phone.
4. When they approve, the job lands on your Schedule under To schedule. Book a visit and assign your team.
5. When the work is done, create the invoice from the job or quote. Everything on the quote is copied over.
6. Connect Stripe so clients can pay online by card or bank debit. Payments are recorded on the invoice automatically.

The Get set up card on your Dashboard ticks these off as you go. Close it once you're done.
